[cmake-developers] Encouraging testing activity of the CModule community by establishing a CModule project

How about a middle ground.  The bug tracker already has a sub-project 
for cmake modules.  Also, we are able to give cvs access to just the 
Modules directory of CMake.  So, we put out a call for module 
maintainers.   If someone volunteers to maintain a module, they get CVS 
access to the Modules directory of CMake.   I just think it would be too 
much work to have a separate repository and bug tracker.  If you are a 
maintainer, that means that you can also be assigned bugs in the bug 
tracker.
