[cmake-developers] [PATCH] rename include cache file

Hi,

attached is a tiny patch which renames the dependency scanner include cache 
file from "includecache.C[XX]" to "C[XX].includecache".
With the file being named "includecache.C" it happens from time to time that 
it appears in the results when searching for stuff in source files, since 
".C" is a valid suffix for C++ files.
