0008634: KWStyle installation on Vista 64 bit overwrite the default PATH environment variable

Description

Hi all,

When I installed KWStyle, I asked it to add it into the system PATH. After installation, I found it actually overwrite the PATH variable instead of appending
to it, which is a major bug.
