Summary0000266: FindPythonLibs won't work on cygwin
DescriptionFingPython need to add more possible names for searching python lib on cygwin. It has also some problem with naming convention:

PYTHON_LIBRARY -> PYTHON_LIBRARIES

Finally not all variables are hidden at the end of the process (only on Win32)

This has been fixed in CVS. The fix should be merged to the 1.8 branch.
