The eclipse platfrom + the cmake system would be a VERY powerful combination. Coupling the Eclipse is a cross platform IDE with the CMake cross platform build generator would allow developers to start standardizing on common developer tools across platforms. The intel 9 compilers, and their VTune products are integrated with Eclipse. There has been some discussion about providing support for eclipse on the ITK mailing lists. |
