0013781: typo in manageBuildGroup.php

Description

When trying to create a group named "Nightly", we have the following error message:
Warning: You cannot a group named 'Nightly','Experimental' or 'Continous'

The verb "create" is missing.

Error is at line 213 of manageBuildGroup.php

Steps To Reproduce

Try to create a group named "Nightly" in any CDash project.
