Summary0012993: Times with milliseconds in them appear to be reported incorrectly
DescriptionLook at this page (or any build that has test timings reported in seconds and milliseconds):

  http://open.cdash.org/viewTest.php?onlypassed&buildid=2029946 [^]

There are no entries with >99 milliseconds reported. Either we're using "ms" where we should be using hundredths of a second ("cs"?) or we're calculating the number incorrectly.

Perhaps it should simply be multiplied by 10 so that it really is milliseconds? Or is there a math error somewhere...?

Good catch. It should be multiplied by 10.
