Summary0001213: CONFIGURE_FILE with read-only templates
DescriptionWhen CONFIGURE_FILE uses a read-only template, the newly created file is set to read-only too. When CMake needs to recreate the target file, CONFIGURE_FILE cannot update it due to the read-only flag. Tested on Windows XP only. This causes the project files (makefiles) not to be updated either.
