Summary0001181: PVlocal example produces warning
Descriptiongcc3.4.1, Paraview 1.6.2 sources.

After building paraview-1.6.2/Examples/PVLocal and setting PV_INTERFACE_PATH appropriatly and running paraview I get:

vtkPVXMLPackageParser (0x849d068): Ignoring unknown top-level element ServerManagerFile

Running in batch mode gives a different error:

paraview --batch /tmp/batchLocal.pvb

Errors while exiting ParaView:
ERROR: In /local/apps/paraview-1.6.2/Servers/ServerManager/vtkSMProxyManager.cxx, line 112
vtkSMProxyManager (0x8131828): No Proxy where found that matches: group=sources and proxy=LocalConeSource
