Summary0009382: test-target should depend on CMakeLists.txt
DescriptionIf a new test is added to CMakeLists.txt, `make test` does not run this test immediately. One has to run `make` first to regenerate the configuration and build files manually. If `make test` would depend on CMakeLists.txt by default, this regeneration would be done automatically?!
