DescriptionPlugging a vtkExtractVOI to a vtkKWEOpenGLGPUVolumeRayCastMapper will result in
a failing assertion assert("check: wholeTextureExtent" && wholeTextureExtent[i]==0); if the the VOI output extent does start at (0,0,0)
