Summary0008125: multiple users can share the same email address
Descriptionon our private CDash hosted at www.kitware.com, we encountered a problem where rusty couldn't see a particular project (starts with Z), despite the fact that he was apparently assigned to it.

Upon further investigation I found that there were three different users sharing rusty's email address. Once I assigned them all access to this project he could see it.
