Summary0002925: add msvc batched compile support (namke Makefiles)
DescriptionMsvc has a feature named 'batch build' which significant enhances the compile time.
I've attached two example Makefiles (from qt-4/examples/tutorial/t14) which show the difference between normal and batched build.
It's only needed for nmake Makefiles, not for vcproj generator because there vs handles this internally.
