DescriptionD3DCOMPILER_XX.dll is included by fixup_bundle when I resolve dependencies where it should not because this is provided by system.
Steps To Reproduce* Try to build a CMake project using directx libraries (at least linking to d3dcompiler) and use fixup_bundle on executables.
Additional Information* Windows 10 Pro 1511 (10.0.10586) x64
* Visual Studio Enterprise 2015 Update 1
