Thanks for your help in 0015916 and getting this far on an Oracle build.

We actually do have nightly testing on Solaris machines posting to our dashboard:

 https://open.cdash.org/index.php?project=CMake [^]

so it is known to work under some circumstances, but of course not all Solaris machines are the same.

With Studio 12.4 there are some known test failures related to c++11 support.

I think a better place to discuss changes needed to support Solaris better is on the developer mailing list:
