Summary0014582: CMake doesn't find boost when using VS 2013 as generator and VS 2010 as toolset
DescriptionI've compiled boost with VS2010 and want to use VS2013.

If I run 'cmake -G "Visual Studio 12" -T v100' then boost is not found.
When I run this command a second time, then boost would be found.


Steps To Reproduce.) Compile boost with VS 2010
.) Configure a project for VS2013 with VS2010 as the toolset
