0014076: CTest - Teach "-S" option to download script from http or https location
This could reveal particularly useful when starting a CDash client. Virtually no script would need to be installed or copied on the workstation. CTest would try to download it.

That way, doing something like this would just work:

ctest -DCDASH_SITE_CONFIG_FILE:FILEPATH=CPython_karakoram_kitware_Ubuntu_10.04_64_gcc-4.4.3_CMake-2.8.10.2.cdash.xml -S https://gist.github.com/jcfr/5360924/raw/cdash_smart_client_common.ctest [^] -V

The download functionality should probably be added to function "cmCTestScriptHandler::ProcessHandler" See https://github.com/Kitware/CMake/blob/93d084c180fde5bc3c31b9945ea7ddb06d9a6007/Source/CTest/cmCTestScriptHandler.cxx#L176-194 [^]
