Summary	0012518: Add an editing author at submission time
Description	Currently when you setup authors for the article when you submit an article, this is completely independent from adding an "editing author". When adding authors to the original article, it would be nice to have an "Editor?" check box so this could all be done in the same place at the same time (at article creation time).
