Summary0012391: add a macro in FindDoxygen.cmake to create a specific custom target
DescriptionIn many projects, I have ended up writing the same set of cmake commands to generate the doyxgen documentation.

Here I'd like to add a macro to ease the process of generating the doxygen documentation.
