0012372: /DELAYLOAD additional linker option not supported (again)
Despite issue 6629, I'm using:

set_target_properties(mytarg PROPERTIES LINK_FLAGS "/DELAYLOAD:mydll.dll")

but mydll.dll is not showing up in the "Delay Loaded DLLs" property.

Which generator are you using?

Issue 0006629 was about translating flags starting in "/D" to preprocessor definitions which does not make sense for the linker. The bug caused this particular flag to disappear completely. That was fixed and is still fixed.

The option shows up for me in Properties -> Linker -> Command Line as an additional option. Does it show up there for you? Is the resulting binary correct? AFAICT all that is missing is the proper mapping of the flag into the corresponding IDE field.

Sending old, never assigned issues to the backlog.

(The age of the bug, plus the fact that it's never been assigned to anyone means that nobody is actively working on it...)

If an issue you care about is sent to the backlog when you feel it should have been addressed in a different manner, please bring it up on the CMake mailing list for discussion. Sign up for the mailing list here, if you're not already on it: http://www.cmake.org/mailman/listinfo/cmake [^]

It's easy to re-activate a bug here if you can find a CMake developer who has the bandwidth to take it on, and ferry a fix through to our 'next' branch for dashboard testing.
