Summary0010706: Setting email categories doesn't work initially
DescriptionFor new projects, it seems I have to disable "Warnings" and "Tests" in the "Email categories" twice until cdash remembers that.

I think the logic is: if there is a "Subscribe" button on the page (i.e.
not "Update subscription") and if I click that "Subscribe" button, cdash
enables all categories, independent from which checkboxes are enabled.

If there is the "Update subscription" button on the page, cdash takes into
account which checkboxes are enabled and which are not.

I think this should also be done when clicking the "Subscribe" button.

Alex, can you confirm that this bug is still present in 1.8 (or even SVN trunk)?
