Hi all,

VS 2012 and VS 2010 installed together *can* actually cause problems (it certainly did for me). I was getting exactly the same error as David Doria, and I had to install a service pack for 2010 to overcome it. It was not VS Express, but just VS 2010. I also had VS 2012 installed,
could that cause a problem? I uninstalled both and reinstalled 2010
and it works fine now.

For future reference, what other information could I have provided?
The CMakeCache.txt file?
