You could subscribe to the Kitware blog. It's more than just CMake, but they do announce all releases there.

<div id="quoted-message-content"><div><div>Hi all. There's a fair amount of traffic on this list these days. Even in digest </div><div>mode, it's not unusual to get up to 8 or more emails a day from this list </div><div>alone. For those who really just want to know when new CMake releases are </div><div>coming out, this list is a bit too busy. Any chance a separate mailing list </div><div>can be set up just for announcements from Kitware? It should only accept </div><div>submissions from Kitware staff and should only be used for notices about </div><div>releases (including release candidates, betas, etc.). I've come across such </div><div>lists for other software (eg Doxygen) and it is a very convenient way to keep </div><div>tabs on what's coming up without having to be exposed to all the low level </div><div>development and bugs/issues in between.</div><div><br></div><div>Any chance?</div><div><br></div><div>--</div><div>Craig Scott | Senior Software Engineer</div><div>Southern Innovation</div><div>Melbourne, Australia</div><div>www.southerninnovation.com </div><div><br></div><div>--</div><div><br></div><div>Powered by www.kitware.com</div><div><br></div><div>Visit other Kitware open-source projects at http://www.kitware.com/opensource/opensource.html</div><div><br></div><div>Please keep messages on-topic and check the CMake FAQ at: http://www.cmake.org/Wiki/CMake_FAQ</div><div><br></div><div>Follow this link to subscribe/unsubscribe:</div><div>http://www.cmake.org/mailman/listinfo/cmake</div></div></div>
