[CMake] Get Windows Registry Key!!!! Doesn't work!!!

In your case, you'd need to do something like this:
GET_FILENAME_COMPONENT(FBXSDK_ROOT_PATH  
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\FBX\\File SDK
